Thank you for being part of Boosheelife. Because our brand is built on absolute scarcity and meticulous craftsmanship, our refund policy reflects the unique nature of our limited-edition drops.

 

Strict Final Sale Policy Due to the ultra-limited, custom, and made-to-order nature of our serialized items, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and production begins in our studio, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing preferences. We highly encourage you to thoroughly review all product details and features before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items Every single item we create is hand-sewn, inspected, and stamped with its own serial number before it leaves our hands. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit or features a genuine manufacturing defect, we want to make it right:

  • You must contact us at Boosheelife@gmail.com within [e.g., 48 hours / 7 days] of delivery.

  • Please include your order number, serial number, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • If a defect is verified, because our 3,100-bag production runs are strictly limited and never recreated, we will evaluate solutions on a case-by-case basis—which may include a specialist repair, a raw-materials replacement kit, or a refund if a direct replacement is physically impossible due to inventory limits.

Exchanges Because we only produce a finite number of items (such as our 3,100-unit sling bag drop) and never manufacture them again, we do not hold extra inventory. For this reason, we are physically unable to offer size, color, or style exchanges.
