Welcome to Boosheelife. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Limited Edition & Made-to-Order Products

All items offered on this website are unique, handcrafted, serialized, and made-to-order. Because production is strictly limited and tied to specific drops, items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a product run is exhausted, it will never be manufactured or sold by Boosheelife again.

2. Strict No-Refund and Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order, and ultra-limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Boosheelife does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and production has commenced.

3. Right to Select Partners and Creators

Boosheelife operates on a unique promotional model involving independent content creators.

• We retain the absolute right to decide which creators we choose to work with, send promotional access codes to, or partner with for future product collaborations.

• We reserve the right to determine the duration of any partnership, sponsorship, or promotional campaign, and we may terminate or modify these relationships at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

• Access to our password-protected pre-sale store via a promotional code does not guarantee a product purchase if the allocated creator inventory has already sold out.

4. Intellectual Property & Digital Kits

Upon the sell-out of a product run, Boosheelife may release raw-material kits and digital instructional tutorials. These tutorials, designs, patterns, and branding materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Boosheelife. Purchasing a material kit grants you a personal license to recreate the item for individual use; it does not grant the right to commercially manufacture, distribute, or resell the design under the Boosheelife brand or any other name.

5. Limitation of Liability

Boosheelife shall not be liable for any unique, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Boosheelife has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
